Dining and Cuisine
In Ayurveda, Ahārā (food) is a cornerstone of life, one of the three pillars essential for both prevention and healing. Food can trigger illness and even act as a natural medicine, depending on its preparation and ingredient synergy.
At Naad Wellness, every meal is crafted in the tridosha style of cooking, designed to harmonise the doshas, your unique bio-energies, for optimal health and vitality. Served at Ahãrã, our lobby-level restaurant, the cuisine promotes holistic healing and wellness through food.
Our meal plans are personalised for each guest, tailored to individual body types, medical histories, and wellness goals. The vegetarian dishes at Naad Wellness are prepared with desi ghee and cold-pressed oils, using fresh, nutrient-rich ingredients sourced from local farms and our on-site organic vegetable gardens.
Rooted in Ayurvedic wisdom, we align our offerings with nature’s rhythms, incorporating the freshest seasonal produce across India’s six seasons, vasant ritu, grishma ritu, varsha ritu, sharad ritu, hemant ritu, and shishir ritu.
Timing matters as much as the food itself. At Naad Wellness, all meals and refreshments are served according to schedules recommended by our resident Ayurvedic doctors, ensuring your dining experience supports both health and well-being.
